Arduino PCB design

I saw the Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 SPI Flash PCB shield you made and want to make something with a similar footprint. The problem is I have no idea where to start and all the free PCB software I've tried so far seems to way too complicated for the simple item I want to design. Are you able to share the PCB design files for this project or, are you for hire to create small projects like this? Thanks,
