Best Software for Uploading .BIN Files to BLUEPILL (STM32) from Arduino IDE

Hi all, I'm in search of a software tool that can upload a .BIN file, which has been exported from the Arduino IDE, to a BLUEPILL (STM32) board. This request is similar to how compiled codes are uploaded, but my focus is specifically on .BIN files. I would like to do this without sharing the original source code. Your suggestions and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
