To monitor the status of my ABB Aurora inverter (formerly Power One now Fimer) with a WeMos D1 mini I create a monitoring station with web interface, notifications and more.
Ciclop is a 3D triangulation rotary laser scanner. It uses the projection of 2 lasers that aiming at the object, rotating on a rotating platform, capture its geometry and structure. Ciclop is especially designed for the free software community and uses Horus, a multi-platform application.
I bought a FlyingBear Ghost 5 with integrated WiFi module, but I discover that there is no web interface. I don't know why they can't add a basic user interface. Then I went to see the web interface of their high-end cards and realized that it was better they didn't develop it.
My solution was to modify the firmware to support the Web Socket and develop the Web interface. This feature is compatible with all Makerbase cards that have an MKS WiFi module.
I have to fill a tank 1.5 km away, so I create a 2-part controller.
A server with a relay to manage the pump and a client solar/battery-powered to check the tank's status and notify the server's status.
