Can’t remove attached file after sending it in email

Hi,

I have recently noticed that after sending a file in an attachment I cant delete it from D1 Mini SPIFFS system. The only way I can do this by calling SPIFFS.end(); function then SPIFFS.begin(); again.

I think that emailsender library somehow does not release the file after sending it.

Do you any idea related to this issue?

please do this test comment the line

#define OPEN_CLOSE_SPIFFS
on EMailSender.h file and retry.

I tried to comment that line but no luck.

Just for sure switched back to SPIFFS.end()->SPIFFS.begin(); that does the job.

It seems it removes the file now.

It looks like it sends information to your account at gmail…is that ok?
